I began my career in Fashion, living between Paris, Florence and New York. I traveled around the world, met incredible people and ate at wonderful tables along the way.

After ten years in the industry, my husband and I were ready for something new. We moved down south where I started to bake.

I decided to enter a course in Paris. A few days in a culinary school made me feel I was about to dive deep into a whole new world I always wanted to be a part of.

To feed someone with something I make, brings me an immense satisfaction. This simple croissant is the result of quality ingredients, my family tradition, simple yet refined.
